Real Estate Investing:
A small part of JL Stone Inc is dedicated to the investment of real estate for resale or rentals units. We would be very interested in any information concerning a potential real estate investment such as a fixer-upper, multi family rental property, or if you considering selling your own home. We offer a generous finders fee of $500 dollars for any property that is referred to us and that we pass papers on, or $50 dollars for any referral that leads to an offer by us to the property owner.
